Sharif Fennell Jr. is a versatile photographer with a deep passion for storytelling and impact. He’s had the privilege of capturing some of the most exciting moments across sports, entertainment, and culture. He is honored to be Saquon Barkley’s personal photographer and an NFL photographer, documenting the intensity, emotion, and behind-the-scenes moments that define the game at the highest level.
His work and visual storytelling have been featured in GQ, Forbes, and other high-end publications, further solidifying my presence within both the sports and creative industries.
WHAT WAS SF’S JOURNEY
BENEATH THE LENSE
His journey started in North Philadelphia, where he grew up as an inner-city kid with one dream — making it to the NFL. Football shaped his discipline, mindset, & work ethic. He played his entire life & earned his college degree from Kutztown University, believing the league was his destination. But during his senior year, God had a different calling for him.
When football ended, he didn’t know what was next, but he knew one thing for certain: he’s always loved helping people and serving others. That purpose eventually found its expression through photography.
Beyond sports, SF specialize in lifestyle, portraits, event coverage, editorial assignments, and beauty photography, delivering high-quality visuals that feel authentic, intentional, and impactful. Whether he’s capturing a high-profile athlete, a red-carpet moment, a brand campaign, or an intimate portrait session, his goal is always the same: to create images that connect, inspire, & tell the truth of the moment.
